The Production Process

Our entire production process is dedicated to the manufacturing of gluten-free products. No wheat or raw materials with gluten are used on our machinery or premises. Only gluten-free grains are used in the production of our pasta, and our products are eggless. Therefore our pastas are rich in fibre and have zero cholesterol.

Using artisanal methods combined with cutting edge technology, we extrude our pasta using bronze dies to deliver the finest quality. The pasta surfaces are textured which ensures they absorb and hold onto your chosen pasta sauce, delivering a perfect balance of flavour with every bite. We use rice as the base for the production of our pasta. It’s neutral flavour profile compliments and elevates the delicate flavours from the other grains. These grains, like chickpeas and yellow peas, are typically eaten with rice as a stable in numerous Asian countries. Combining these helps us create a more nutritious pasta for a balanced diet.
